The Savic is very much like the Ferret Nation, the spring lock doors are fab, the whole cage is more solid and less rattly and isn't cheapy looking like the Explorer. With Four full size doors, this cage opens out fully and there is a pull out tray for easy cleaning. the instructions could be a lot better its only small pictures on A4 but its easy enough to put together. Some mention that it was easy to assemble, while others say that it wasn't easy to follow the instructions and that it took several hours to fit together.Can also split cage in two by using bottom tray in the middle, and covering hole in middle tray with the shelf from the bottom. I've had Explorers and a Ferret Nation and also seen Savics in the flesh and there's no comparison, the FN and Savic are ten times better quality. Only problem is a couple of out of reach spots if you have short arms, not a problem for me as I have a slightly longer reach than the o/h. I don't own degus yet but there are some beautiful rescue youngsters for adoption near me and I am giving my chinchillas a cage upgrade, so their old liberta will be empty.It is 96* 65 = 11700 CARA without counting the small additional metal shelves it comes with or any wooden ones added in (I'm not sure of the dimensions of those). Really need this gone as it is blocking my hall way, It's all clean and ready to go, I may be able to deliver if local and fuel cost is covered by yourself. I've been and seen both of these cages and I know people who have both and the Savics are much better.
