A nice touch was a personalised message from Niall suggesting which beer in my box was their favourite. The taste is full but mellow , a pleasant bitterness throughout with citric acid , grass and straw . A filtering process that happens before bottling means that these beers are usually clear, although some establishments have been known to serve unfiltered versions. I was recommended several beers I'd never heard of before, all were great and the descriptions given were spot on. A long secondary fermentation makes for a lightly hoppy finish and an overall crisp, smooth flavour.
