This golden amber hue whisky has shows banana, vanilla, yeast and a strong corn profile on the nose with cinnamon, oak with some caramelized cereal, bit sour, some sweetness and spice in the mouth and the finish is long and full of candy corn, more tropical fruit and a little heat. To make the barrels they use white oaks for the barrel staves and char the inside to caramelise the wood with its own natural sugar.
