I tried not connecting (isolating) the wire and not connecting to ST9400c, but then I couldn’t even get Central Heating (and no Hot Water)! Item arrived all packaged intact and unopened part for an old boiler will be recommending and using this site again. When I examined the old control unit, I noticed the battery inside was dead and leaking so badly that the connection to the circuit board had corroded and loosen off. We had the wiring diagrams for both units, and we carefully worked out where the different wires went. I like this programmer, it is the second one I have bought over the years and glad that it is still available.

We are sorry but the office had been closed over the Christmas period which would reflect why there had been none of our usual communication. So, for example, if you set your heating to come on at 5pm and go off at 10pm, but only want hot water on from 6pm to 7pm. This is currently controlling a Honeywell S plan system - CH and DHW (and has done for ages) with absolutely no probs on a Worcester system oil boiler. This thread is a few years old just wondering if I can resurrect it to see if there are any more alternatives out there now which are perhaps a better deal. Honeywell warrants its products to be free from defects due to workmanship or materials, under normal use and service under its warranty periods.

My question is, as we have had to move some appliances around the kitchen, the st699 is now awkwardly behind the fridge freezer. Alternatively if you view your parcel once items have been added and enter your postcode you will see what derlivery services are available. However, how wrong can you be After just one e-mail to notify mytub of the damage they quickly resolved the issue by delivering a replacement part to me and arranging for the courier to pick up the damaged part, and all this on the day before a bank holiday weekend!
