Yes, it does if you're looking for a great quality versatile date/going out fragrance that everyone will like. The fragrance contain notes of apricot, pear, tagetes, bergamot, violet leaved, plum, tuberose, rose, freesia, raspberry, vanilla, tonka bean, patchouli, sandalwood, musk and cedar. Either stick to Sauvage or try out Montblanc Legend Red, Polo Red Parfum, or something in that ballpark.

If it before was a concert of many light and strong playful instruments it is now only one very dominant indistinguishable accord which is repeated over and over. It is indeed an expensive perfume, but I think it is definitely worth investing in a high-quality perfume that lasts a long time and offers a special scent. It's not a bad quality fragrance - smells like a very refined, more rounded, and polished Sauvage DNA with added mango. This fragrance could have been a huge hit, if only some of the notes of the opening could stay the entire duration of the fragrance. Moderately strong projection fades over ~3hr, with surprisingly consistent tenacity through 9-11hr longevity.

The interplay with lavender, peony, pepper, patchouli and mango results in wonderful accents in the Eau de Parfum Spray. The perfume is subtle and wont choke anyone out (if you don't spray too much of it ofc) and can be worn in just about any occasion. Combine the freshness and darkness of Dior Sauvage, the sweetness of stronger with you and the frutyness of JPG ultra male and you get this.It has a place in my collection as a versatile, easy reach fragrance, but it's quality and profile is on par with the cheapest designer scents. I get a bit of the chemical/hairspray in the opening some have mentioned but that is gone in seconds and then its amazing. A lot are comparing this with Sauvage but personally, I stayed away from getting it because everyone and their mother has it.

First, it gets quite earthy, which isn't necessarily bad but it just seems very unbalanced and out of place. I just got this as a 50ml bottle for 40eur which is pretty cheap everything considered, without ever smelling it. However, Ambassador is an amazing fragrance offering that is not trying to clone Elixir but is rather a masculine fragrance with that similar classic and classy sophisticated feel. After it settles down, it will remind you of Sauvage for a second if you smell it closely, but as you start to catch whiffs of it, the mango and cardamon will come forward!I like to wear the fragrance especially in everyday life, but you can also wear a fragrance like this to events and birthdays without any problems. A well-blended concoction of fruity, floral, spicy notes but the main players are fresh mango, aromatic lavender, plus a warm ambery base bringing balance to the composition. This scent is hard to place in a season, Mango sort of reminds me of summer but wearing this in the hot weather is too sweet and clawing, I chose to wear this in Spring when I go out to the bars in the evening and it got alot of positive attention, very much a compliment machine, which for what you may pay for this is a plus.
