About this deal

I and my family are absolutely amazed by the transformation, I am seldom lost for words, but the ease of use, simply brush applied to a clean and dry surface, then wiped over with a cloth to smooth out an even coating, then left to dry , the results have astounded me. Without this additional care, your wooden door could be prone to rotting or even warping out of shape. Of course, once you paint you cannot stop; it'll now become a regular - but hopefully not too common - part of your house maintenance. Polytrol dries to a tough and long-lasting flexible finish which does not leave a film – so it won’t peel or flake. I was going to suggest the Bedec MSP too after seeing a thread on the Screwfix forum from someone who's done just this on their, I think, PVC door.

In fact, all that you will need to clean composite doors is a bucket of warm soapy water and clean with a dry soft cloth and a sponge. I have used Owatrol on the hood, cover for the hood stowage well, dash and other plastic on my 13/60 and it was very effective. This is due to the corrosive properties of weather types like rain and sunlight over very long time periods. These I had removed which left a darker silhouette on the panels where they had faded around them, which further made the trailer look shabby. Do not allow excess Polytrol to dry and create a film on the surface (always remove excess product). One of the reasons that they are made with a composition of multiple materials is so that they can withstand the different abrasive weather that every door faces throughout a year. This amount includes seller specified domestic postage charges as well as applicable international postage, dispatch, and other fees. Also, you have any wax or polishes on your door, this will need to be removed before application of Polytrol.

Unfortunately, composite doors, like any other doors or painted products, do fade in the sunlight over time.Fitter Windows is a credit broker and is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Does anyone have any experience with painting their composite door and does anyone have any advice/tips please? This means you won't need to varnish, oil, paint, or stain your composite door a few times a year as you would if you had a timber front door.
