About this deal

Charged me 80 quid to check it out kept telling me how wonderful his company was and how great the machine was. I've been using it once a week since I got it so I'd get used to it and I think it's as good if not better than some of the gym treadmills I've used. We did notice a few not so great comments but its impossible to please everyone all of the time, we noticed that Branx replied to any poor comment which shows they care. This has been particularly beneficial as the nights draw in and there is a greater reluctance to want to go out. I was conscious that cheaper treadmills are not very good but this is very robust and sturdy in addition the speed and powered incline are great.

Couple of slight downsides - took a while to figure out what screws went where and there seemed to be extra ones which made me a bit unsure, and the instructions for use aren't comprehensive, e. This treadmill couldnt have arrived at a better time, floods everywhere but I can stay fit in the comfort of my home! The Elite Runner Pro has a 22-degree automatic incline function which makes it great for high intensity sprinting. The assembly instructions overall leave a bit to be desired - pigeon English and some bits not mentioned. In November 2012 received an e-mail to advise the replacement 'permanent' treadmill is on its way and the company would pay for it to be set up at their expense.

I purchased 2 of these treadmills for my home gym, they have both been used daily for almost 2 months and I couldnt be happier.

For the reasons above I will give a four (I appreciate damage in transit can happen), otherwise it would have been a five. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking to lose weight as a New Year's resolution, or if you're just fitness mad! Easy to use although I don't think the calorie counter is quite accurate as it seems you burn a calorie a step which compared to the treadmills at the gym are not as simple as that to burn calories. Due to health and safety regulations of a home-use treadmill the programmes are not extremely challenging for the majority of users. However it didn't work as she was not convinced spending anything more than 1 minute in the garage is a good idea! The running deck is even better then the other same looking gym run treadmill, which is home use only I understand.
