About this deal

The Hogwarts logo signifies a symbol of mystical knowledge. It carries the magical teachings that the founders inculcate into younger children. Besides the supernatural powers, the logo conveys the unique qualities of each founder. Notably, the four beasts symbolize these emotions. This Voldemort stencil is far more dtailed and much more scary. Professor McGonagall Pumpkin Template Like the other faculties, Ravenclaw has its custom logo. Named after Rowena Ravenclaw, it’s one house within the Hogwarts School. The logo features a mighty eagle clad in a blue and bronze color scheme. The eagle symbolizes freedom, strength, courage, and wisdom.

Discovery Home Entertainment ( Studio Distribution Services 27)It was sometimes thought that there was some dislike between the members of Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff due to the Ravenclaw students' reputation for boasting about their intelligence, which often annoyed Hufflepuffs, who were known for being modest, gentle and kind. As a whole, Gryffindors were thought to get on best with Hufflepuffs, whereas Ravenclaws were thought to be quite friendly with Slytherins. There were certain exceptions, however, such as Harry's friendliness with Cho Chang and Luna Lovegood, both from Ravenclaw, as well as Cho's relationship with Cedric Diggory, a Hufflepuff. Like every child, Rowling had a dream. With books around her, she wanted to become a writer. So, at age six, Rowling wrote her first book entitled—Rabbit. Then, five years later, she wrote her second book about seven cursed diamonds. It had also been said that all four Houses must band together and fight as one if Hogwarts was to stand. [13] [29] It must be remembered that all of the Houses had their virtues and flaws; none were inherently good or evil. Slytherins may have earned their reputation as evil, selfish and malicious, because they showed such contempt towards Gryffindor, the often protagonist House. They also did not show much generosity towards other Houses either, whether those in them were pure-blood or not.JK Rowling finished the seventh series of the book on January 11, 2007. Then, on July 21, 2007, the publishers released it. She entitled the book—Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. It has become the fastest-selling book of all time, ranking Harry Potter as a global brand. In the first English edition, the title had a rather minimalistic presentation – the hero’s name was written in the gothic Cochin Bold font with a small staggered arrangement of letters. The Harry Potter logo will forever remain in history in its unique spelling, and the author of the book promises five more installments.

Slytherin valued ambition, leadership, self-preservation, cunning and resourcefulness [4] and was founded by Salazar Slytherin. [1] Its emblematic animal was the serpent, [3] [3] it's representative gemstone was emeralds, and its colours were emerald green and silver. [2] Professor Horace Slughorn was the Head of Slytherin during the 1997–1998 school year, replacing Severus Snape, who as well replaced Slughorn as Potions Professor when he retired for the first time several years prior. [8] [7] Slytherin had produced the most Death Eaters and Dark wizards, [24] [35] [36] including Tom Riddle, [27] Bellatrix Lestrange and Lucius Malfoy, for example. But that does not mean that other Houses hadn't produced any; Peter Pettigrew was a Gryffindor, and Quirinus Quirrell was a Ravenclaw. Joanne Rowling was born on July 31, 1965, in England. Her parents were Peter James Rowling and Anne Volant. Rowling’s mother worked as a science technician and the father, an aircraft engineer for Rolls-Royce. Rowling attended Saint Michael’s Primary School as a little girl. Usually, though not always, the other two Houses appeared (in Harry's eyes) to support Gryffindor in its rivalry with Slytherin, [22] [31] which again is reminiscent of how Slytherin was in the end opposed by all three of the other founders. [1] One exception to this occurred when Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff, and Slytherin all initially supported Hufflepuff's Cedric Diggory instead of Gryffindor's Harry Potter in the Triwizard Tournament. [6] Also in the first Quidditch match of 1996, it was said that many of the Hufflepuffs and Ravenclaws had "taken sides" in the Gryffindor vs Slytherin match, but it was unclear as to what sides they took. Founded in the tenth century, Hogwarts embodied the spirit of the four greatest witches and wizards. Their names: Godric Gryffindor, Salazar Slytherin, Rowena Ravenclaw, and Helga Hufflepuff. Their last names give custom identities to the four houses in the school.

Hufflepuff corresponded to the element of earth. [2] The Hufflepuff dormitories and common room were located somewhere in the basement, near the castle's kitchens. It could be accessed by tapping the barrel two from the bottom, middle of the second row in the rhythm of "Helga Hufflepuff" and was described as being a cosy and welcoming place with yellow hangings, fat armchairs, and underground tunnels that led to the dormitories, which had perfectly round doors, similar to barrel tops. [9] Famous Hufflepuffs included Hengist of Woodcroft (founder of Hogsmeade), Newt Scamander (author of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them), and Artemisia Lufkin (first female Minister for Magic). The significant object of Hufflepuff was Helga Hufflepuff's Cup, which was [turned into a Horcrux by Tom Riddle. We used to buy a flimsy kit every year that broke before the end of the Halloween season. When I got home from my pumpkin carving lesson a few years ago, I was overflowing with the need to buy just a few lasting tools. We still have them all, and they’re showing no signs of wear. Pumpkin carving tools Red and yellow are the official colors of Gryffindor’s house. Together, they resonate with the element of fire. Red stands for passion and energy, while yellow signifies happiness and freshness. Gryffindor has a gothic serif font marking its wordmark. It’s bold and readable. After several years, Salazar Slytherin left Hogwarts. He reasoned that only witches and wizards with pure blood should have their education at Hogwarts. The other founders, however, didn’t share his opinion. But before leaving the school, Slytherin built the Chamber of Secrets. The four mascots of the four Hogwarts’ faculties are a Lion (Gryffindor), Snake (Slytherin), Badger (Hufflepuff), and Eagle (Ravenclaw). Then, she enrolled at Wyedean School and College. She loves languages, mainly English. So, she took A–level tests in English, French, and German. In these exams, Rowling scored two As and a B. Later, at the University of Exeter, she majored in French and Classics.
