About this deal

Criminals, in general, are often the last person you would expect. So I enjoy Triana’s main psychopathic character being a popular, high school cheerleader. She commits all of these atrocities and no one suspects it was her. The best part? Others get framed. And then she discovers that she is pregnant. But it seems as though she's not carrying an ordinary child. Baby wants in on the fun, too.... It's twisted, deranged and I enjoyed how it sort of flipped the script on the sex-violence connection. After Kim discovers her attraction to torture porn, her imagination runs wild and she'll stop at nothing to reach new levels of euphoria. Estremo, hardcore, pieno di citazioni ai più famosi serial killer della storia come Ed Gein e Richard Ramirez, in una all of fame in cui Kim White sarebbe sicuramente sul podio.I enjoyed this immensely despite knowing I probably shouldn’t. Kim is a monster. One of those human monsters that walk around looking like everyone else and pretending to be like the others. Full Brutal is cruel and evil and so very wrong but the fact that the perpetrator of all of these horrible misdeeds is a beautiful teenage girl worked for me. I’m not even going to pretend to lie, if it had been a grown man telling this story and finding such joy and glee in these atrocities I might’ve pulled the plug, I refuse to think about that too much or attempt to explain myself so please don't ask. You like what you like, you know? And this book held me in its gore-filled grasp until the very last word. Triana's descriptions of gore, torture, fetish acts, were some of the most gruesome, gag-worthy descriptions that I have ever read. OMG, what did I just READ!?

When she begins to think about losing her virginity, she decides to lose her virginity to one of her teachers, Mr. Blakley. After successfully manipulating Mr. Blakley into having sex with her, which she describes as being gross and not the life-changing experience that she expected, Kim decides to ruin Mr. Blakly's life by exposing him. When the plan works, Kim becomes excited by the feeling of ruining a person's life, so she begins to ruin and destroy the lives of those around her, including her friends. Gradually, her sadistic spiral downwards causes her to turn to more extreme things such as violence, drugs, sabotage, and even murder. Kim is a beautiful and popular 16-year-old cheerleader with suicidal thoughts and a general pessimism for life in general. She wants something new to change her perspective, to make her feel alive, and she decides that based on what her friends have been telling her, sex is the answer. But sex alone isn’t enough for Kim, who likes to set herself apart. Instead, she sets her sights on her sex-ed teacher and finds him all-too-willing after a few gentle nudges.Speravo con tutta me stessa che non fosse una delusione e per fortuna non lo è stata. Anzi. Ho amato ogni singola parola e credo che sia il libro che ho "linguettato" di più! The icing on the cake, for me, was how intelligent she was. I especially enjoyed all the meticulous research she did on serial killers to help her understand and follow her own desires and instincts. When Kim finds out she’s pregnant with her teacher’s child, a new madness overtakes her, and she realizes there’s only one thing that will satisfy her baby’s hunger . . .

This novel is famous for its opening line: “When I was a young lad twenty or thirty or forty years ago I lived in a small town where they were all after me on account of what I done on Mrs. Nugent.” The book gets more and more violent—first in the usual ways of hardscrabble life, with an abusive father, with neighborhood fights, with a job at the slaughterhouse, but then in less usual ways. Nothing, of course, compares to the moment when you find out exactly what he done. Kim is the main character here. She’s about the age of 16, very pretty, popular, and a cheerleader. On the outside, she seems like the typical teenager. She hangs out with friends, hosts house parties, is devoted to cheerleading, and balances all of this while attending school and making good grades. She’s not only popular with students but also with teachers, as she’s a good student. Kim also lives in a typical suburban town, one where people flip their shit if anything happens — especially murder. As you can guess, I love stories that feature female killers. Hello, have you read Dissecting House? Now, more psychopathic female murderers are starting to become more popular as opposed to women killing in revenge horror, which is where we previously saw most female killers in horror. I absolutely love this trend, so I’m always on the hunt for a good crazy female serial killer story.

About this book

This book will not be for everyone but it was definitely for me. It managed to take my mind off of the current nightmarish timeline we’re caught up in and thrust me into someone else's for a few hours. Kim's friends begin to try and persuade her to lose her virginity, and they describe it as being a life-changing experience. Kim becomes obsessed with the idea of losing her virginity, and she begins to consume porn as a result. Her porn consumption becomes more and more intense, leading her to watch more disturbing pornography, including, but not limited to, BDSM and torture porn. Because of this, I enjoyed going into Kim’s head. Not only to learn about the crazy bitch she really is but also to get a glimpse of her double life — high school cheerleader by day and sadistic killer by night. And she knew how clever she was and that no one would catch her. Triana Writes Women Well

Era da tempo che desideravo leggere qualcosa di Triana così ho colto l'occasione al volo prendendo Full Brutal, pubblicato in traduzione da Saga Edizioni. But Kim is bored by it all. The whole high school experience. Even her best friend, Amy, has become practically unbearable. Kim's not sure how much more she can take. What even is the point? Forewarning, this book is not perfect and definitely not for everyone. The story was being told through the point of view of a character I could easily liken to any Tarrantino protagonist, (and the exuberance in the dark humor definitely didn't distract from the Tarrantino vibes). There was a childlike glee in each horrendous act, making our narrator seem relatable even in her most degenerate act of sexual brutality and sadistic murder. The combination of whimsy in the written word and the outstanding performance of the narrator made Kim seem human even when she was behaving like a demon. My only real complaint about this book was the high school drama was bland. I don’t want to give any of the book away, but before Kim starts killing, she manipulates everyone around her. She has a way of getting into everyones’ heads, which is interesting, but all of the high school drama made the book slightly stale.
